The South Dakota Department of Health (SDDOH) is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of Administrative and Authorized Users of the South Dakota Health Alert Network. Throughout cyberspace, we want to contribute to providing a safe and secure environment for Administrative and Authorized Users of the South Dakota Health Alert Network.

We do not use or disclose information about your individual visits to the Site or information that you may give us on the Site, such as your as name, e-mail address, and any other credentialing information to any outside entities unless required to do so by South Dakota law. SDDOH, through the Site, may share such information in response to legal process, such as a court order or subpoena.
